Edinburgh University Film Society has been showing films to the people of Edinburgh for 50 years. This website is the reboot/ re imagining of the old website which hopes to bring you better content of the films we are going to screen, general blogging and just being all-around prettier than the old one.
For just £15 a year FilmSoc screens three films a week*. With added benefits from local cinemas and society collaborations it’s always useful to have a FilmSoc membership at hand.
Weekly committee meetings are held every Monday in the Munro room of the Pleasance Union at 7:30pm. Come along out of plain curiosity to see how the society is run and what you could do to help! From projecting a film, setting up a film screening, organizing society collaborations and most importantly programming for the next semester! * take a look at our latest programme here!
